Our mission is to connect the world through a secure, innovative, and reliable payments network, empowering individuals, businesses, and economies to thrive.
Position Summary:
The Ecosystem Security & Integrity (ESI) team is a vital Global Risk division dedicated to maintaining the security and integrity of the payment ecosystem. - Assist in executing on-site Acquirer Audits or coordinate audits through third-party entities.
- Support Visa's Close Monitoring process, managing risks and threats posed by ecosystem participants exceeding Visa's risk tolerance.
- Collaborate with MSA and Account Executives to share insights, evaluate mitigating actions, and ensure accountability across functions.
- Work closely with the Visa Integrity Risk Program Management Office to conduct periodic industry reviews and recommend program enhancements.
Work Environment:
This is a hybrid role, allowing employees to alternate between remote and office work. Employees are expected to be in the office two days a week, with a general expectation of being present 50% of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications:

- Preferred: 6 years of experience with a bachelor's degree or 4 years with an advanced degree, preferably in the Visa or Payments industry focusing on Acquirer risk management.
- Experience in relationship management and client interactions.
- Familiarity with audit or underwriting processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Additional Information:
Work Hours: Varies based on departmental needs.
