Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain kitchen work areas and equipment in a clean and orderly condition
  • Operate large electric machines such as dishwashers, sanitizers, and trash compactors
  • Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, doors, ceilings, vents, and exhaust systems
  • Segregate and remove trash and garbage and place it in designated containers
  • Steam clean or hose out garbage cans in assigned areas
  • Wash dishes, pots, and pans to ensure complete cleanliness and condition
  • Assist with banquet table and front of the house set up as requested
  • Properly store food and equipment orders as they are received
Requirements
  • Ability to move at a fast pace throughout the work day
  • Ability to stand and work safely from ladders or stepstools
  • Ability to move heavy equipment and wares around the property
