Front of House Supervisor

We are seeking a Front of House Supervisor to join our team at Gold Country Casino Resort. The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $75,000, based on experience.

Job Summary:

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced hospitality professional to take charge of our front-of-house operations. As a Front of House Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and mentoring front-of-house staff, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor front-of-house staff to deliver outstanding service and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to create a cohesive dining experience.
  • Monitor accuracy of transactions, cash handling, and inventory management.
  • Train new staff members and assist in their development to meet operational needs.
  • Solve guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Assist in managing daily financial reporting, including bank reconciliations and tip reports.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of one year's experience in a supervisory role within the F&B industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, with additional education or certifications a plus.
