We are looking for an experienced ICU RN to work in our fast-paced Cardiac Intensive Care Unit. The ideal candidate will have a collaborative approach to patient care and a passion for delivering excellent patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in a critical care environment
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Manage complex cardiac arrest and cardiogenic shock cases
- Administer therapeutic hypothermia, CRRT, ECMO, Impella, and IABP therapies
- Manage complex unstable arrhythmia cases
- Administer advanced pulmonary hypertension therapies
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience as a RN (ICU experience)
- 2+ years of ICU experience strongly preferred
- BSN from an accredited school of nursing
- BLS for Healthcare Provider Certification required and ACLS strongly preferred
- Proficient in English, strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills required
