Product Quality and Compliance Specialist

Stand-By Personnel is seeking a highly skilled Product Quality and Compliance Specialist to join our team in Catoosa, OK. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and 3-5 years of experience in a quality-related role. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional product standards throughout the software development lifecycle, including testing, monitoring, and collaborating with internal teams to maintain compliance and continuously improve quality systems.
The responsibilities of this position include:
- Advocating for the company's quality statement and educating employees at all levels.
- Defining test requirements and automating test procedures to ensure a superior user experience.
- Monitoring all phases of the software development process, including design, development, testing, debugging, and delivery.
- Maintaining quality standards at every stage of the software lifecycle to meet customer requirements.
- Assessing technical specifications and design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
- Planning and implementing quality management and testing strategies during the product development process.
- Supporting internal root cause analysis programs, including 8D, 5-Why, and Fishbone diagrams.
- Communicating findings and establishing preventive measures while engaging with customers.
- Utilizing tools such as DFMEA/PFMEA to identify and address quality control issues proactively.
- Collaborating with quality supervisors to implement preventive action measures.
- Working with the quality team to evaluate and improve internal processes, documentation, and traceability systems.
- Assisting in developing and maintaining quality documentation within the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring ISO9001 compliance.
- Conducting internal and external audits of the QMS in partnership with quality management.
- Collaborating with the Continuous Improvement Team to maintain quality during manufacturing efficiency projects.
The salary for this position is $82k+ annually, and we offer a range of benefits, including walk-ins always welcome and $50 advance available after your first day of work.
**Estimated Salary Range:** $82,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
**Additional Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (preferred).
- Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification (preferred).
