Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients' functional status and physical therapy needs, and develop individualized treatment plans to improve their well-being.
  • Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to patients in their homes, using a variety of techniques and modalities to promote healing and recovery.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordinate patient care plans.
  • Document patient progress and communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care.
Requirements
  • Current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of Massachusetts.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Must have a current driver's license and vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle.
