Key Responsibilities
  • Support the state management in fulfilling ongoing tasks, especially in member acquisition and support, as well as cancellation recovery;
  • Participate in the preparation and implementation of specialist conferences, commission meetings, and other activities of the state association;
  • Support the sections and prepare and implement section events in the state association;
  • Maintain the address database;
  • Organize in the administrative area;
  • Support guests at high-profile events from business and politics.
Requirements
  • Successfully completed commercial training and first experience in the assistant area, preferably in the association sector;
  • Great organizational skills, good expression, and communication skills;
