About the Role

We are currently looking for a skilled Behavioral Therapist to join our team in Avenel, New Jersey. This part-time/per diem position offers a competitive hourly rate of $20 and provides the opportunity to work with children under the TIBS for Kids program, promoting positive behavior and emotional growth. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and previous experience working with ASD populations. Additionally, they should be willing to complete a 40-hour online RBT training program if not already certified.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Identifying individual client needs and developing strategies to resolve problems
  • Encouraging positive behavior, teaching new skills, and promoting emotional intelligence
  • Observing behavior in public settings and preparing detailed reports on daily activities
