About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Care Monitor to join our Veteran Interim Housing Team at PATH (People Assisting The Homeless). As a Direct Care Monitor, you will play a vital role in providing supportive services to residents, including meal delivery, room checks, and light case management duties.
About the Team:
Our team is committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for our residents, and we are looking for someone who shares our passion for helping others. As a Direct Care Monitor, you will work closely with our Program Manager and Director to create and maintain Harm Reduction and care plans.
Responsibilities:
- Provide supportive services to residents, including meal delivery, room checks, and light case management duties.
- Assist with crisis intervention and conflict resolution.
- Facilitate weekly life skills groups.
- Work with the Program Manager and Director to create and maintain Harm Reduction and care plans.
Requirements:
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification or ability to obtain BLS certification.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Ability to qualify for PATH's insurance coverage.
