Customer Commitment: You will play a vital role in supporting the Claim Division's objective of delivering exceptional customer service and industry-leading performance. Collaboration with agency partners is essential to ensure a seamless claims experience for our clients.

Field Work: This position involves handling homeowner property claims primarily in the Lower Rio Grande area. A company vehicle will be provided for fieldwork, and you will report directly to a Claims Manager.

Compensation: The position offers a salary range of $55,000 to $90,000, with variations based on job level and geographic location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer policy activities for new and renewal policies.
  • Complete system entries for new policies or changes across multiple platforms.
  • Address inquiries from customers or agents effectively.
  • Generate necessary correspondence and policy documentation.
  • Provide on-the-job training as required.
  • Assist call center operations during peak demand or when escalated issues arise.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in delivering customer-focused solutions and support.
  • Basic understanding of underwriting, servicing, or billing protocols.
  • Experience in utilizing reference materials and interpreting policy language.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English, with successful completion of bilingual assessments.
  • Preferred experience in writing estimates using Xactimate (1-3 years).
  • Ability to pass a Spanish language proficiency assessment.

Work Environment: This role is primarily home-based, with approximately 80% of your time spent working remotely or in the field. Occasional travel to an office may be required for team meetings, training sessions, and cultural events.
