Leasing Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team at Graham Residential. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the entire leasing process, from initial tours to move-in day, and ensuring a positive experience for our residents.

• Prepare and present lease documents to prospects
• Understand and meet the unique needs of each prospect to pair them with their ideal apartment
• Maintain a positive and helpful attitude with current residents to ensure satisfaction in their homes
• Participate in our monthly renewal program by contacting residents to alert them of their renewal offers and provide assistance as needed
• Ensure the property and units maintain a welcoming and attractive appearance at all times

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Passion for sales and/or customer service
• Valid Driver's License required
• Professional appearance
• Computer literacy
• Ability to communicate in English (bilingual with Spanish proficiency a plus)
• Knowledge of Yardi Property Management Software a plus
