Position Overview:
We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Business Operations Specialist to support our operations. In this role, you will be instrumental in executing and overseeing change requests and enhancements to our Global Warranty Management System (GWM). Your responsibilities will also include ensuring system sustainability, managing data within SAP, and addressing IT support tickets. This role demands a combination of strong analytical capabilities, automotive industry knowledge, and the capacity to manage multiple projects independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • System Management: Assist in the implementation of change requests and enhancements to the GWM system.
  • Sustainability: Ensure the ongoing functionality of the GWM system.
  • Data Maintenance: Manage data tables and information in SAP.
  • IT Support: Raise, track, and escalate IT tickets to resolve issues or implement enhancements.
  • Project Duties: Perform additional related tasks as required.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Automotive Knowledge: Familiarity with automotive systems, dealership operations, and field service operations.
  • Experience: Previous experience in automotive or field service operations is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with SAP is a plus.

  • Project Management: Ability to set and maintain project goals, deadlines, metrics, and budgets.
