Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of hourly team members to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality car wash services.
  • Oversee daily operations, including coordinating store production, managing inventory, and ensuring a safe and clean environment for customers.
  • Provide training and coaching to employees to enhance performance and employee satisfaction.
  • Manage daily store production, including forecasting business needs and adjusting staff levels accordingly.
  • Ensure all closing procedures are followed and all assets are adequately secured.
  • Monitor and manage store inventories, complete regular audits, and ensure the store meets appearance and safety standards.
  • Support, enforce, and follow Waterway policies, procedures, guidance, and instructions.
Requirements:
  • An associate's degree or above (or a current college senior) OR at least 2 years' experience in supervisory or management roles, preferably in a retail or hospitality setting.
  • Professional sales experience (B2B or B2C) is also desirable.
  • Available to work a retail schedule (5 of 7 days, 45 hours, including weekend and holidays).
  • Ability to work outdoors year-round and be exposed to wide temperature variations, sunshine, wet weather, and other environmental factors.
  • Fluent English language skills for business-related communication.
