Essential Qualifications: The ideal candidate must hold a valid license to practice law in Texas, have graduated from an accredited law institution, and maintain good standing with the State Bar of Texas.

The candidate should exhibit strong communication abilities and possess outstanding written, verbal, and analytical skills. A self-driven individual with proficient negotiation capabilities is essential, as well as the ability to excel in a fast-paced legal environment. While support will be provided, the candidate must demonstrate the capability to independently manage and advance pending cases. Responsibilities will include litigating claims and preparing for trial as necessary. Preference will be given to candidates with one to three years of personal injury litigation experience and a solid foundation in litigation practices, including discovery processes, depositions, court appearances, and trial preparation.

Key Responsibilities: The role encompasses a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Overseeing a personal injury case docket
  • Initiating lawsuits
  • Conducting depositions
  • Drafting and responding to discovery requests
  • Preparing clients for depositions, mediations, motion hearings, and trials
  • Assessing claims in collaboration with claims representatives
  • Collaborating with paralegals and legal secretaries to manage written discovery requests and responses, summarize records, coordinate depositions, secure expert witnesses, and prepare for depositions and trials.

Work Schedule: This is a full-time position with an 8-hour shift.
