Job Opportunity

This is a property management position in Canadaigua, with a stable company that prioritizes customer service and resident satisfaction. The job offers a Monday-to-Friday schedule and support from staff members.

The successful candidate will oversee a team including a Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Supervisor, and part-time Administrative Assistant, managing a community of 120 units. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401K coverage, as well as 15 vacation days the first year, plus one additional day for every subsequent year.

Responsibilities
  • Staff management and training
  • New staff hiring and onboarding
  • Lease management, renewals, and contract negotiation
  • Resident communication and issue resolution
  • Event planning and community engagement
  • Marketing outreach and promotion
  • Document preparation and distribution
  • Maintenance staff supervision and work order management
  • Financial record-keeping and budget development

A minimum of three years' experience in property management is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Word and experience with MRI software. Section 8 Project-Based experience is highly valued. The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000-$80,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
