Key Responsibilities

  • Process daily deposits and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage daily invoice adjustments and follow up with vendors on past due invoices to minimize delays.
  • Prepare and analyze biweekly AR aging reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the finance team.
  • Provide backup support for shipping clerks as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in receivables management in a manufacturing or agriculture work environment is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with a diverse team.
  • Ability to reconcile complex customer accounts and provide accurate financial information.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products to analyze and present financial data.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
