Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure excellent product presentation, freshness, and cleanliness in the store.
- Implement ideas to inspire customers and encourage them to make a purchase.
- Provide competent advice and courteous service to customers.
- Manage correct price labeling and assortment management.
Requirements:
- Commercial training, preferably in the food retail sector.
- Solid product knowledge and high awareness of freshness and quality.
- Enthusiasm for retail and joy in dealing with people.
- Strong customer orientation and communication skills, team spirit, and sense of responsibility.
