As a Dedicated Team Truck Driver with Schneider, you'll enjoy a consistent schedule and dependable weekly miles. You'll haul 100% no-touch freight in dry van trailers, with 60% drop-and-hook and 10-15 loads per week with 2-4 stop-offs per load. You'll drive within 48 states and have the opportunity to take your dog or cat on the road with our Team Pet Policy.

Pay and Benefits

Our Dedicated Team Truck Drivers earn a competitive weekly pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving. You'll also receive weekly performance pay, a $6,000 sign-on bonus in 12 monthly payments for experienced drivers, and a $3,000 sign-on bonus in 12 monthly payments for inexperienced drivers. Plus, you'll enjoy paid orientation, paid time off after 6 months, and 6 days of holiday pay per year.

Qualifications

To be eligible for this role, you must be a formed team and live within 100 miles of each other. You'll also need a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and a valid Commercial Learner's Permit (if interested in company-paid CDL training). We offer company-paid CDL training options, including tuition reimbursement and CDL Apprenticeship Training.
