Job Summary:

The St. Regis Longboat Key Resort is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Attendant to provide exceptional service to our guests in the spa environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general spa orientation to guests upon arrival, explaining the location and use of locker rooms, lounge areas, and hospitality stations.
  • Offer guests amenities such as water, juice, or heated neck pillows to enhance their overall experience.
  • Answer questions about general property information and amenities, providing accurate and helpful information to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Escort guests to and from treatment rooms, ensuring timely and efficient transportation.
  • Check computer for updates and changes to schedule regularly throughout the day, staying informed and up-to-date on any changes or updates.
  • Maintain cleanliness of workstation, treatment rooms, spa/salon locker room, and lounge areas, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Dispose of trash and dirty linens in the proper area, maintaining a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.
  • Secure supplies and equipment at the end of each shift, preventing loss or damage.
  • Stock towels, linens, supplies, and amenities in the locker room, lounge areas, and hospitality stations, ensuring that everything is readily available for guests.
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications, prioritizing guest and staff safety.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and adherence to Marriott International's standards.
  • Anticipate and address guests' service needs, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Speak with others using clear and professional language, communicating effectively with colleagues and management.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
