We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Café Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a key member of our prepared foods team, you will be responsible for preparing fresh food items daily, following recipes and preparing our always warm and ready rotisserie chicken.

• Food Preparation: Prepare fresh food items daily, following recipes and preparing our always warm and ready rotisserie chicken.
• Member Satisfaction: Keep member satisfaction as your top priority, ensuring that all prepared foods meet the highest standards of quality and freshness.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of prepared foods operations.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring that all prepared foods are stocked and rotated properly.
• Sanitation and Safety: Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment, adhering to all food safety standards and guidelines.

• Be a Team Player: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
• Be an Expert: Develop and maintain expertise in food preparation, inventory management, and sanitation and safety procedures.
• Be a Problem Solver: Identify and resolve issues related to food preparation, inventory management, and sanitation and safety.
• Be a Communicator: Effectively communicate with colleagues, managers, and members to ensure seamless execution of prepared foods operations.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Food Service Experience: Previous experience in food service, preferably in a prepared foods environment.
• Food Safety Certification: Food Handler Certification (Food Safety) - Certification.
• Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
