Position Overview

As a Bartender at Tower39, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include crafting beverages, providing personalized service, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Exhibit a friendly and courteous demeanor while serving guests.
• Effectively communicate with patrons and team members.
• Assist guests with beverage selections and promote special offerings.
• Prepare and serve a variety of drinks.
• Handle cash and credit transactions in accordance with company procedures.
• Ensure the bar is well-stocked with necessary supplies, including garnishments and mixers.
• Support the Food and Beverage Manager in inventory management.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including tables and counters.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations.
• Report any lost items or damage to management.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall service quality.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Supervisory Role:

No supervisory responsibilities.

Decision-Making Authority:

Exercise independent judgment within established guidelines.

Work Environment:

Work primarily in a restaurant bar setting, with access to kitchen facilities and cleaning supplies.

Qualifications:

Experience and Knowledge:

Prior bartending experience is preferred, with a basic understanding of relevant laws.

Skills and Abilities:

Must be proficient in English or bilingual, capable of operating a cash register, and able to perform basic math calculations. Strong organizational skills and reliability are essential.

Physical Demands:

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, perform repetitive motions, and lift up to 30 lbs. Exposure to cleaning agents is expected.
