Job Summary

The GIANT Company is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Seafood Store Associate to join our team. As a Seafood Store Associate, you will be responsible for receiving deliveries, breaking down loads, and rotating cooler stock. You will also be responsible for weighing, pricing, and labeling products, as well as stocking cases and selecting product. Additionally, you will provide exemplary customer service, have product knowledge, and engage in suggestive selling. You will be responsible for maintaining sanitation and food safety standards, and performing other tasks as assigned by management.

Responsibilities

* Receive deliveries and break down loads
* Rotate cooler stock
* Weigh, price, and label products
* Stock cases and select product
* Provide exemplary customer service
* Maintain sanitation and food safety standards

Requirements

* Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
* Must be able to read, communicate, and understand company policies and safety regulations
* Must meet the ergonomic and physical requirements for the position
* Must be able to work in a cold environment

Working Conditions

* Shift hours: minimum 4-hour shifts or more depending on business needs
* Job cycles: continual maximum
* Lift/carry: 50 lbs.
* Stand 55%, sit 0%, walk 45%
