Culinary Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Cook I to join our team at Quest Food Management Services. As a Cook I, you will play a vital role in preparing and presenting menu items to our customers. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential in ensuring the highest quality of food and service.

• Prepare and present menu items to Quest standards
• Follow preparation lists for items needed for execution of menus
• Assist in day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including bulk preparation, catering prep, product receiving, and cleaning
• Assist customers and maintain line in a consistent and professional manner
• Assist in cold prep, salad, and grab & go production with recipes
• Follow all HACCP and food safety guidelines
• Receive and put away all kitchen deliveries
