Thriveworks Clinical Social Worker Job Description

Thriveworks is a clinician-founded national private practice group with a mission to help people live happy, successful lives. We are currently seeking a Licensed Clinician to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Dumont, NJ.

Qualifications:
  • Must be fully and independently licensed as a LCSW in New Jersey
  • Must be licensed and living in the state in which they will be practicing
Responsibilities:
  • See a minimum of 25 sessions per week
  • Participate in a true partnership with the Thriveworks team
  • Be open to seeing couples and/or children (we provide support)
  • Be willing to grow into leadership roles/supervisors
  • Complete notes within 24 hours
  • Exhibit strong character, including integrity, honesty, adaptability, and quality of care
  • Enjoy being part of a team and working together to professionally develop
