Position Summary
A prominent Fortune 50 financial institution is looking for a Senior Auditor to engage in audit assessments related to Wholesale Banking operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute audit procedures and identify areas for control enhancement.
- Provide management with recommendations for improving internal controls.
- Maintain professional skepticism while fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, including business partners and management.
- Participate in the design of audit strategies and lead testing efforts as required.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently in a virtual team setting.
Travel Requirements
Travel for this position is estimated at 25%.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant audit or risk management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related discipline.
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CIA, CFA, or CISA are preferred.
- Experience in Wholesale Banking, particularly in audit, compliance, or risk management roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on strict documentation standards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time management abilities.
- Capability to work independently.
