We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic bartending specialist to join our team at BonChon in Norfolk. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, preparing and serving drinks, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service. You will work closely with our management team to ensure that every customer has an enjoyable experience at our restaurant. Your duties will include taking orders, mixing drinks, serving food and beverages, handling cash and credit transactions, and performing opening and closing side work.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Prepare and serve drinks, including beer, wine, and cocktails
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and inventory
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, using point-of-sale systems and handling cash and credit transactions
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and deliver high-quality service

Requirements
- 1+ year of experience as a bartender or in a related role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Knowledge of drink recipes and preparation techniques
- Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
