Job Title: Ultrasound Technologist - Travel Position

Job Summary:

Fusion Medical Staffing-Radiology is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ultrasound Technologist to join our team for a travel assignment in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a travel Ultrasound Technologist, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and healthcare professionals, and to develop your skills and expertise in a new and challenging setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform ultrasound procedures on patients, including diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
  • Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, including cleaning and disinfecting the equipment after each use
  • Develop and implement patient care plans, including educating patients and their families on ultrasound procedures and results
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and radiologists, to ensure accurate and timely diagnosis and treatment of patients
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient procedures and results

Requirements:

  • One to three years of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist
  • Current certification as an Ultrasound Technologist
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and to handle sensitive patient information
