Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $43,200, including an hourly wage of $16 during the trainee period and unlimited monthly sales incentive after promotion. Additionally, you can expect benefits such as 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match, 11 paid holidays in 2025, and up to 40 hours of personal time in 2025.

Job Description

You will participate in a comprehensive program to develop the skills required to provide holistic financial advice to clients. This includes developing prospecting skills, gaining valuable direct sales experience, and acquiring an in-depth understanding of our product offerings. Your responsibilities will also include overseeing completion of content, proposals, and paperwork flow throughout the field and Home Office.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have successfully met all trainee program requirements, gained the skills and knowledge needed to excel, and obtained the required insurance licenses prior to starting the job. You should also be highly self-motivated and results-oriented, able to travel up to 50% of the time, and hold a valid U.S. driver's license.

Bonus and Career Advancement

Upon successful completion of the trainee period, you will be promoted to a Financial Representative with a salary of $36,000 plus unlimited monthly sales incentive. You will also receive a $1000 bonus and have opportunities for career advancement within the company.
