Key Responsibilities- Ensure the safety and well-being of dogs and team members at all times
- Provide high-quality grooming services to meet Scenthound standards
- Lead and mentor a team of groomers and bathers to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations
- Identify and address any issues or concerns within the team or with customers
- Adhere to Scenthound's sanitary and cleaning practices to maintain a clean and healthy environment
- At least 1 year of experience in pet grooming or a related field
- Knowledge of dog breeds, care standards, and grooming techniques
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- Reliable transportation
