Job Title: Nurse Practitioner Hospital Medicine Specialist

Swedish Medical Group is seeking a dedicated and skilled nurse practitioner to join their Hospital Medicine program in Seattle, Washington. This is an inpatient, daytime role in a closed ED/ICU unit where the ideal candidate will be a strong team player with excellent communication skills and ACLS certification.

  • Flexible scheduling options are available, including full-time and part-time positions ranging from 0.5 to 1.0FTE.
  • This inpatient role does not require procedures, making it an ideal fit for those who prefer a non-procedural environment.
  • The team is large and supportive, with 20 APCs, 60 physicians, and 20 Nocturnists system-wide.
  • Previous Hospital Medicine experience is preferred, but 2+ years of Adult Medicine experience is required.
  • Compensation for this role is between $138,417 and $170,838 per year, with the rate prorated based on the provider's FTE status.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and retirement options, is available to eligible providers.
