Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Flour Mill Production Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for the production and packaging of flour and crisp rice.

Responsibilities:

* Operate and maintain equipment to ensure efficient production and packaging processes
* Perform preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance
* Follow food safety, legal, quality, and process control policies and regulations
* Maintain accurate records and reports
* Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals

Requirements:

* Basic math skills
* Ability to climb up to 25 feet using catwalk and ladders
* Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. a distance of 15 ft.
* Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language fluently
* Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
* Ability to work in extreme hot and cold temperatures
* Ability to wear required PPE
* Ability to work unsupervised and with others

Preferred Qualifications:

* Basic computer skills

Work Environment:

* Work extended shifts and weekends as needed
