This position plays a crucial role in identifying drivers who unlawfully bypass stationary school buses, thereby jeopardizing the safety of children.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional skills in analyzing large volumes of online footage and compiling evidence packages that confirm violations.
Team members are tasked with documenting all video evidence in appropriate formats for law enforcement presentation.This role demands meticulous attention to detail and the capability to comprehend and interpret various state laws and regulations concerning school bus safety.
The perfect candidate will be technologically adept, with experience in video analysis and editing.Key Responsibilities:
Assist in identifying drivers who illegally pass stopped school buses, putting young students at risk, by reviewing each potential video incident to ascertain whether a vehicle has violated the law.
Exhibit strong computer skills and demonstrate the ability to learn automated processes related to video analysis and processing.
Understand and strive to meet or exceed video processing metrics while delivering accurate and high-quality evidence packets in accordance with established standards.
Handle confidential data within the BusPatrol database.
Enhance quality outcomes by suggesting process improvements.
Comprehend and interpret the nuanced differences in school bus laws across various jurisdictions where BusPatrol operates.
Support the Processor Team Lead with objectives and team initiatives, while also aiding the entire operational team in cross-training efforts to manage departmental workload.
Foster a collaborative work environment and provide constructive feedback to cultivate a culture of success and pride in the team's contributions.
Act with transparency and fairness in all interactions with colleagues and leadership.
Required Qualifications:
Dependability, integrity, and accountability.
Exceptional attention to detail and proficiency in reviewing and editing online video content.
Strong communication skills and analytical capabilities (critical thinking and problem-solving abilities).
Adaptability and flexibility; the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment is essential.
Capacity to perform repetitive tasks (achieve hourly quotas for video review and evidence packet creation).
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in a task-oriented setting.

Comfort with technology (navigating cloud-based resources, IT software, and internet platforms).
Experience with tools such as ADP payroll/timekeeping and SLACK for internal communication.
