Job Summary
Archway Physician Recruitment is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our established practice in the St. Louis metropolitan area. This is a full-time, employed opportunity with a competitive compensation and benefits package.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care for acute and chronic illnesses in older adults
- Take full accountability for patient care and outcomes, seeking consultation from specialists when needed
- Engage with hospitalists for patients in the hospital
- Assess, diagnose, treat, manage, educate, and coordinate care for patients with acute and complex chronic health needs
- Lead a care team consisting of care promoters, care facilitators, and care coordinators for patients able to come to the office
- For patients unable to come to the office, engage with transitional care teams and other resources
- Take an active role in managing the practice and covering for other providers when needed
- Recruit patients for the practice and additional providers for the company as needed
