As a Strategic Advisor for Clean Energy at Seeds Renewables, you will play a critical role in advancing the clean energy economy through innovative financing solutions.
We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong track record in risk management and a passion for sustainability. In this position, you will work collaboratively with our senior staff and board members to evaluate credit and other risks associated with new transaction opportunities.
You will also be responsible for managing certain elements of loan administration on our portfolio, including approving construction draws, evaluating loan extensions and modifications, and conducting post-closing legal and credit file reviews.
Additional responsibilities include identifying and evaluating risk across the enterprise, supporting efforts to develop and maintain relationships with key organizations that fund us, and pursuing innovative strategies to maximize impact while managing enterprise risks.
We are seeking an experienced professional with a minimum of ten years of relevant work experience, preferably in business, public administration, public policy, accounting, finance, or a related field. Strong organizational skills, effective communication skills, and exceptional judgment are essential for this role.
