About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team at Kimberly-Clark. As an Electrical Engineer, you will play a critical role in the design, development, and optimization of electrical systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop electrical systems and processes to meet safety requirements and guidelines.
  • Initiate, design, develop, and optimize asset changes and supporting processes to achieve platform objectives.
  • Maintain security and documentation to ensure the retrieval of data and protection of proprietary information.
  • Seek, recognize, define, and solve problems/opportunities to achieve platform objectives.
  • Provide electrical engineering support to resolve process and equipment problems.
  • Communicate fully with superiors, subordinates, and others who have need to know.
  • Assist in the development of others in the area of electrical engineering expertise.
  • Improve equipment capability to reduce defects and variability and achieve business objectives.
  • Contribute to an environment in which all team members are respected regardless of their individual differences.

Requirements
  • A Bachelor's (or MS) in Electrical Engineering or other relevant engineering degree.
  • Analytical skills to collect and assess data to support technical recommendations.
  • A demonstrated ability to lead self or small teams to achieve intended results.
  • Evidence of continuing self-development.
  • Ability to work within a team-based environment.
Preferred Requirements
  • Relevant industrial co-op/intern experience.
  • December 2024 – May 2025 graduates and/or availability.
