Job Summary

The Automotive Repair Specialist is responsible for performing a wide range of car maintenance and repair tasks, inspecting vehicles for potential problems, and troubleshooting issues to ensure vehicle performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply in-depth automotive repair knowledge to diagnose and repair complex issues
  • Provide exceptional service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Perform skilled mechanical work, analyzing and diagnosing problems to identify solutions
  • Inspect, replace, and repair defective parts, performing preventative maintenance on automobiles
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and techniques, continuously learning and improving skills
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards, maintaining a safe and organized work environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues and management to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in auto service and engine diagnostics
  • ASE Certification preferred, but not required
  • Must have technician tools and a valid driver's license
  • Ability to operate and drive vehicles safely
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse groups
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background screen
