Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Technician with Armenian language proficiency to join our dynamic team in the medical industry. This exciting opportunity involves working in a fast-paced, challenging environment, where you will utilize your experience and expertise in compounding, cancer care, and oncology.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care to Armenian-speaking patients, ensuring their medication needs are met and their questions answered.
  • Utilize your compounding skills to prepare personalized medications for patients, according to prescriptions from medical doctors.
  • Use your knowledge in cancer care and oncology to assist in the management and treatment of cancer patients, including advising on medication use, side effects, and interactions.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and other members of the healthcare team in Armenian to ensure a seamless healthcare experience.
  • Consult with physicians and other healthcare professionals to clarify prescriptions, discuss patient medication histories, and advise on drug selection and usage.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician, with a focus on compounding, cancer care, and oncology.
  • Proficiency in Armenian, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Certification as a Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) is required.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of pharmaceutical calculations, drug uses, therapies, and terminology.
