We are a closely-knit group of 23 physicians and 2 nurse practitioners who share a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. Our team is diverse in terms of geographic, educational, and training backgrounds, and we thrive on learning from each other's approaches to patient care.
Our PracticeWe work in a closed ICU setting with full intensivist support, allowing us to focus on providing high-quality patient care without the burden of procedures or code responsibilities. Our flexible schedule enables us to balance work and personal life, and we cover for each other when needed.
Benefits and CompensationWe offer a competitive yearly compensation package of over $300k – $350k for full-time physicians, as well as a range of benefits including medical, dental, vision, life and AD&D insurance, long- and short-term disability, 401k with match, paid medical malpractice and tail coverage, and annual CME allowance.
