Are you a motivated and compassionate Healthcare Professional looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a qualified Geriatric Nurse to join our team at Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services. As a Geriatric Nurse, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of patient care by following physician's orders, state and federal regulations, and facility policies and procedures.

In addition to providing exceptional patient care, you will lead, guide, and supervise nursing assistants and orderlies, administering medications as ordered by the MD and according to facility policies. You will also perform treatments scheduled during your shift and document appropriately, maintaining infection control measures as necessary.

To be successful in this role, you must have a current, valid license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing and submit proof of license renewal every other year. You should also possess genuine interest in geriatric nursing, be CPR certified yearly, and attend in-service training and other staff meetings as required.

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including background checks and a drug-free workplace.
