We are currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our team at our outpatient substance abuse treatment center in Madison, WI. This role will entail initiating and maintaining medication-assisted treatment primarily for opioid and alcohol dependence. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work closely with physicians, licensed therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide individualized care and support to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate and maintain medication-assisted treatment for patients with opioid and alcohol dependence
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on addiction, recovery, and relapse prevention
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination
