CMT Technical Services, a materials engineering company, is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee and direct all phases of testing and inspection projects in Arizona.

Job Summary

This role involves preparing and managing project costs, personnel, and client relations, as well as reviewing field and laboratory reports, resolving technical issues, and ensuring quality of service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establishing project budgets and submitting estimates on new structural and civil projects
  • Allocating appropriate personnel and qualifications for each project
  • Reviewing test and laboratory reports and providing technical advice and training oversight for field technicians and special inspectors
  • Conducting annual performance reviews with direct reports and monthly safety meetings with field technicians and special inspectors
  • Enforcing Standard Operating Procedures and resolving technical and operational issues with clients

The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience as a Project Manager with supervisory roles, a high school education, and certifications such as ACI, ATTI, or ICC. A minimum of 70% billable hours is required.

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year
