Maintenance Supervisor Opportunity at Stars and Strikes

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the technical integrity of our entertainment center and all its equipment. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of efficiency in mechanical systems, including electrical, plumbing, and building maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional guest service while maintaining compliance with company protocols and policies.

• Schedule and supervise the work of lane facility personnel, techs, and mechanics.

• Perform facilities and mechanical checklists at scheduled times and make repairs as needed.

• Interview, select, train, develop, and evaluate facility and mechanical personnel.

• Perform preventative maintenance and repair on-site assets – Pinsetters, Bowling Lanes, General Building Maintenance, Electrical, Kitchen.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in electrical, plumbing, and building maintenance.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the business, including weekends and holidays.
