  • Deliver exceptional service to our customers with minimal direct supervision.
  • Work independently and as part of a collaborative team to complete service tickets in a designated territory.
  • Maintain clear lines of communication with lead technicians, field supervisors, field managers, and office staff on open issues and progress of all work assigned.
  • Travel up to several hundred miles per week to client sites and meet the demands of a flexible on-call schedule.


We offer a competitive hourly base pay rate between $23.00 to$30.00 per hour, along with comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, optional life and long-term disability insurance, and more. We require a minimum of 5+ years of commercial maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, drywalling, carpentry, and flooring, a high school diploma or equivalent vocational certification(s), proven mechanical aptitude, and proficiency in reading assembly and blueprint drawings. You must also be able to lift up to 80 lbs., apply up to 200 pounds of torque, and perform work while bending, stooping, standing, sitting, and lying down. Additionally, you will need reliable transportation (capacity to transport tools and equipment) and a valid driver's license.
