Facilities Groundskeeper

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Groundskeeper to join our team at Toto's Maintenance, LLC. The estimated salary for this position is $15-$18 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the physical appearance of our properties, ensuring cleanliness, curb appeal, and overall safety. This includes pruning or trimming trees, shrubs, or hedges, using shears, pruners, or chain saws, and mixing and spraying or spreading fertilizers, herbicides, or insecticides onto grass, shrubs, or trees.

• Maintain clean and safe facilities, including pool areas, laundry and mail rooms, and exterior lighting;
• Perform routine landscaping and gardening tasks, including planting seeds, bulbs, foliage, flowering plants, grass, ground covers, trees, or shrubs;
• Operate equipment and machinery safely and efficiently;

• High School diploma or equivalent;
• Working knowledge of pool operations;
• Proficient customer service and interpersonal communication skills;
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and operating instructions;
