Landscape Architect

Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Landscape Architect to join our team as a Senior Project Manager. As a key member of our Landscape Group, you will be responsible for leading complex projects from concept to completion, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality results that exceed client expectations.

• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
• Collaborate with senior landscape architects, engineers, ecologists, and other professionals to develop innovative design solutions.
• Prepare and present conceptual designs, graphic illustrations, and design development packages to clients and stakeholders.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation plans.
• Perform construction administration services, including site visits and quality control checks.
• Manage and direct junior staff, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure their growth and development.

• BS in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program.
• 10+ years of experience in landscape architecture, with a strong background in site layout, grading, and stormwater design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D, Adobe Suite, and other relevant software.
• Landscape Architecture Registration a plus.
• Experience in leading public engagement and staff mentoring.
• Lumion and SketchUp experience a plus.
