Job Overview

Bertelsmann Printing is a leading book printing service provider that offers a wide range of fiction and non-fiction one-color book printing solutions. They have a dedicated team of over 1,400 employees across multiple locations in the United States that are passionate about exceeding customers' expectations.

We are currently looking to fill a Web Press Machine Operator role in our Berryville, VA location.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate our existing Web Press equipment and/or our NEW state-of-the-art ManRoland Lithoman III press.
  • Responsible for safety, quality, production, and maintenance on our 1-color web offset press; producing folded 16, 32, and 64-page 2-up signatures.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience operating a web press.
  • Experience operating Manroland, Lithoman, or S&H presses preferred.
  • Mechanical troubleshooting skills.
  • High School or GED.
