Job Summary

We are seeking a highly energetic and organized Party Host to join our team at the Naperville Park District. As a Party Host, you will be responsible for hosting and overseeing birthday parties, ensuring a fun and memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and clean party rooms and gyms
  • Lead party activities and games
  • Provide excellent customer service to hosts and guests
  • Serve pre-packaged food and assist with party supplies
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for all parties
  • Communicate effectively with staff and patrons regarding safety concerns and equipment needs
Requirements
  • Must be at least 15 years old and able to obtain a work permit
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
  • Knowledge of age-appropriate activities and games
  • Ability to lift light to medium weight objects (30 lbs.)
  • Must be able to work independently with general supervision
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with pre-school and early elementary age children
  • CPR and First Aid certification
