Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join our team at Medical City Heart & Spine Hospitals. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for performing routine and specialized imaging procedures using computerized tomography (CT) scans. Your expertise will be essential in providing high-quality images for diagnosis and treatment.

Responsibilities
  • Perform CT scans and other imaging procedures in accordance with established protocols and departmental standards.
  • Prepare patients for exams, including obtaining medical history and collaborating with radiologists on contrast usage.
  • Utilize radiation protection methods and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
  • Process and analyze imaging data, ensuring accurate and high-quality results.
  • Assist physicians during invasive procedures and provide support during codes.
  • Maintain aseptic technique and clean/sterilize equipment between patients.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or equivalent military radiologic technologist training.
  • TX State Registered Radiologic Technician.
  • Registered with ARRT and Texas (MRT).
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Registered Radiographer (ARRT).
