Job Overview

The Pad, a 100-bed boutique hostel, bar, and event space in Silverthorne, Colorado, is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in our hotel rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain housekeeping inventory pars and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Supervise and coordinate housekeeping duties, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Anticipate guests' needs and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with the front desk team to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Requirements:

  • Positive attitude, flexibility, and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Previous hotel or hostel housekeeping experience preferred.
  • Bilingual (English + Spanish) language skills required.
