Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse I to join our team at Northern Light Health, specifically in the Dementia Unit. As a member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care to individuals with dementia, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

About the Role

The Registered Nurse I will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care, ensuring that each individual receives personalized attention and support. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing safe and effective patient care through evidence-based practices and effective communication
  • Conducting systematic assessments and documenting patient information accurately
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of patients
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and address complex patient needs
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A current RN license in good standing
  • An Associate's Degree in Nursing or equivalent education
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Compensation and Benefits
